RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Line & Lotte accept returns if the items are not worn/used and are in the same condition they arrived to you. Return shipping cost is at the cost of the customer. In the unlikely event that your items arrived damage Line & Lotte will cover shipping costs.

Line & Lotte do not accept returns on jewellery & sale items.
